This morning's integration build is the M3 candidate. It contains the new external tools work (in progress). You have to turn on a preference to see it (Window -> Preferences -> External Tools -> Work in progress").

Is this mornings Integration build  (I20021113) the M3 candidate?  Or do we have to pull the code from a branch somewhere.
Also, while on the topic, are you actually developing the new external 
tools on a branch and periodically merging over, or is all work being done 
on the 2.1 branch?
