Good point. The "Open Type" dialog has "package" list below the "type" list. In the event that there is a duplicate type name, the user specifies the chosen type by selecting a package. We could do a similar sort of thing, using folders as the descriminator. However, since "build.xml" is a heavily used name, this may not work as well as it does in the Java world.

Just remember that a workspace is likely to have multiple projects each with
build.xml files instead of build files with different names. Such a dialog
would be most helpful if it allowed a user access to the build.xml files to
easily select build files by project or sub directory. Since I may have 25
build.xml files and only two or three with a different name, I see this as
being of limited use without some other form of qualification besides build
file name.
