According to Eclipse naming conventions
(http://dev.eclipse.org/naming.html), I think it should be:

Ant core is working on a test suite.

Could a project be created called:
      org.eclipse.ant.core.tests

The commit rights for this project should be the same as for
org.eclipse.ant.core
