[platform-ant-dev] Updating the ui.map for tomorrows build

When you version off tonight for the 2.1 build tomorrow you will need to
update the ui.map file and your build notes assuming that you will also be
taking ove the build submission process for org.eclipse.externaltools.

Basically what I do is

1) Load from HEAD
2) Run the test suites
3) Update the buildnotes.html for the next release
4) Version off the plug-in.
5) Update the plug-in version number in the ui.map file in
org.eclipse.releng with the new version number.

The build kicks off at 8AM tomorrow so this needs to be done before then.
