I'd like to nominate John Arthorne as a committer to the 
org.eclipse.ant.ui
plug-in. He has been the maintainer of the code for the last months (maybe
after 1.0 was released?) and is the one writing the UI for the new Eclipse
Ant support.

In summary, a +1 from me for him becoming a committer.
