[platform-ant-dev] Project classpath Javadoc and Ant

As you all know when generating javadocs for a project its
important to supply a classpath to associated import classes.

Since the classpath to for the project is already defined in
the .classpath file it would be useful to re-use this info 
in the javadoc task or any other task requiring information
that is known.
