RE: [php-dev] Include path no longer supports archives

One more addition, adding zip and external zip for include path (in the Library tab of the PHP Include Path property page) was also removed.

Assigning archives to path variables is no longer supported since PHP include path doesn't support it.

Roy, I think the backend support should also be revised to determine its necessity.
