[php-dev] Manual; Configuration

I am new to Eclipse and after "playing" with it for a little bit I
realized that it's more complex than I originally thought. Are there
any resources for its configuration? 

Specifically, while playing with Eclipse, I created a project and
opened an existing php page I had created. I tried to run it by
selecting the run icon from the menu and I received an error stating
that I have not defined an interpreter.
