It appears that option only exists for Fortran only not mixed C++/Fortran projects!

It works for a test project.

 

Photran refactor:

·        Must be free form .f90 not old punch card Fortran fixed form code

·        Must be pure fortran project

·        Must turn on in project settings

After enabling advanced features and selecting a Fortran source file, the Refactor menu shows no refactorings available. Now what?

Did you :
- right-click on the name of your project and choose properties
- select Analysis/refactoring in the "Fortran general" category
- checked "Enable Fortran analysis/refactoring" (which checks automatically the 3 boxes below)
???
