[photran] How close are we to full intellisense in Fortran development?

I was wondering how close are we to the development of good
intellisense for Fortran development, assuming that Fortran is
relatively simple programming language how hard is it to create a
variable,functions,subroutines and module name completion in Eclipse
environment.

As an advocate to Domain Driven Development which usually require long
method names to create readable code, the development in IDE'a like VS
by Microsoft makes this very easy, but in Fortran it is hard because
code completion doesn't exist.

This is a call for action,
