[photran] Install photran in a file 'server' eclipse installation

Hi,

I started today with eclipse helios and photran 6.0. I could install
eclipse on a file server, but photran is only installable in a per user 
base $HOME/.eclipse (macosx). I would very much like to install it on 
the file server as well, because the user base is very large. Is there a 
description on howto do this?
