[photran] Bug in photran syntax highlighting

Hello,

first of all thanks to all developers for the new photran beta4!

I think I've encountered a bug with syntax highlighting:

An intrinsic function name in small letters is recognized correctly by 
photran - it is colored dark red.
But writing the same function name in capital letters, the name seems unknown 
to photran - the color stays blue.
For example try abs() vs. ABS().
