cdt 4.0.x requires eclipse 3.3.x
so your eclipse basic installation needs to be replaced with a recent one

I want to install photran plugin to installed eclipse (Version: 3.2.1 Build
id: M20060921-0945 (Debian version: 3.2.1-6)) on debian. installing photran
needs org.eclipse.cdt (4.0.0) or later. i downloaded cdt-master-4.0.2 from
eclipse website. but it needs org.eclipse.core.filesystem (1.1.0) or above.
where can i download this plugin? is the process of installation correct or
i am doing something wrong?
