Yes the ftp address do not work at trhe moment or is not valid anymore.The mkmf Perl script is located athttp://ftp.gfdl.noaa.gov/perm/vb/mkmf/mkmf (Homepage:http://www.gfdl.gov/~vb/mkmf.html).
