[photran] OK, installed (was installing photran using eclipse GUI)

So I've untarred photran-3.1-beta2-full-linux.tgz
under .eclipse directory. What is unclear is how do I
make eclipse "see" photran? The files are there (eg.)

eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.photran.ui_3.1.0/
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.photran.ui_3.1.0/META-INF/
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.photran.ui_3.1.0/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.photran.ui_3.1.0/icons/

And I see there are files and directories in
Desktop/Downloads:

rawlins@lufira:~/Desktop/Downloads/plugins>ls
org.eclipse.photran.cdtinterface_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.core.intel_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.core_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.intel.ui_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.ui_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.ui_3.1.0/
org.eclipse.photran.errorparsers.xlf_3.1.0.jar
org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.core_3.1.0.jar
org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.gnu.ui_3.1.0.jar
org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.xlf.ui_3.1.0.jar

Am I close?
