[photran] "Insert spaces for tab" option in Fortran editor

Hello,

First, congratulations to the developers for this great tool !

I have a comment about the Fortran editor: there was an option "Insert
spaces for tabs" in Photran 3.0, I cannot find it in Photran 3.1 Beta 2.
This feature is quite useful, as standard Fortran does not recognize tab
characters. Is it going to be included in Photran 3.1 Release ?
