[photran] unable to run Fortran Application

Hello,

I' ve installed Photran 3.1/Eclipse 3.2 on MS-WindowsXP.

To get started I try to run the 'Hello Word' program (see Photran Ducumentation).
I can successful compile the program --> I get a new 'a.exe'-file.

But when I run this 'a.exe'-file I get a MS-Windows-Error called (in german):

"a.exe hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden."

What's going wrong?
