RE: [photran] problem in photran 3.1 (beta)

There are no technical obstacles.  The current Intel compiler product
road map for IDE's is to support Eclipse on Linux and Visual Studio on
Windows, so that is where we, at Intel, are currently focusing and
applying our resources.

Is there a reason why Windows support couldn't be added (at least for  
Win + cywin)?
