[photran] fortran compiler in photran

Dear photran users
i am a new user of photran and want to use its new version with the 
capability of "Fortran Managed Make Project", but i have these problems:
1- i can not find the compiler integrated with the new version.
2-how can i introduce g95 compiler already installed on my windows.
3-how should i ask photran to generate the makefile.
4-do you have any experience of using the method of 
ftp://ftp.gfdl.gov/perm/vb/mkmf/mkmf.html with "Fortran Standard Make 
Project" on current stable version of photran?
