[photran-dev] Nominate committers?

Greg,

Since Kurt and Tim have contributed a number of patches this summer and 
will continue to work on Photran this fall, I would like to nominate 
them as committers.

I assume you will have to nominate them, however, since this is done at 
the project level and not the component level (right?).

There's no rush on this, but when you get a few minutes, please let me 
know how to proceed.
