[photran-announce] Photran 3.1 beta 1 now available

A prerelease version of Photran 3.1 for Eclipse 3.2 is now available. 
The Fortran Perspective is back, and there is new Managed Build support 
for Intel Fortran tools as well as an error parser for the Absoft 
Fortran compiler.

Photran no longer requires a separate Eclipse installation or a modified 
CDT; starting with version 3.1, it can plug into any Eclipse 3.2 
installation that has CDT 3.1 already installed.
