[phoenix-dev] Commit rights to www.eclipse.org/eclipse.org-common

In a move that was long overdue, I've given Nathan commit rights to the 
'live' eclipse.org-common directory on www.eclipse.org.

Because e.o-c is the core of our website and the potential for breakage 
is high, our usual commit process so far has been to

a) commit e.o-c changes to the sandbox (phoenix) eclipse.org-common in 
/cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.phoenix, which gets published to 
http://phoenix.eclipse.org (our sandbox).
b) test phoenix.eclipse.org
c) commit to www.eclipse.org

If you need changes to eclipse.org-common to be pushed live, feel free 
to ask either Nathan or I.  Of course, we'll expect those changes to 
have been tested on the sandbox first.
