Hi Folks,

 I filed bugs 228758 and 227195 to add functionality to Phoenix.  Bug 
228758 adds a form security class and 227195 extends the nav class to 
use the project meta data for the left nav.  I've got a +1 from Nathan, 
but that's about it.  So I need your votes, +1 or -1 check the code and 
vote.  If nobody adds any other remarks, then I'll talk to Denis about 
pushing these changes live.
