RE: [phoenix-dev] Testing homepage changes

Fyi, planeteclipse is not working for me right now, with the old banners.  I
just get the famous 'terraforming' message.  I will post a message to the
bug.

I think Nathan had put together a test matrix for Phoenix.  Maybe we should
ask anyone making a change to the main pages, to ensure compliance with the
test matrix?
