I am little surprised to see Nathan voting plus one given his previous
statements about candidates
(http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/phoenix-dev/msg00570.html) and the
fact that none of the bugs listed in this nomination are strictly Phoenix
bugs and none contain patches that were applied by a Phoenix committer.
However, in spite of that, I agree with Denis that Matt has the attributes
we look for in a committer and will be an asset to the team.
