[phoenix-dev] Vote for Committer status for Karl Matthias has started
|
technology.phoenix Committers,
Bjorn Freeman-Benson has nominated Karl Matthias as a Committer on the
technology.phoenix project. The reason given is as follows:
Everything I said before
(http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/phoenix-dev/msg00567.html) plus Karl
has now supplied patches for these bugs applied by three different
committers: [186661], [187072], [187356]. While these are not in the
Phoenix bug bucket, they are all Phoenix bugs.
What I said before was: Karl has demonstrated both a technical
understanding of the website (servers, PHP, MySQL, CVSes) and the processes
we follow to release fixes (careful and avoid taking the site down). He has
built the production side of the portal as well as fixed Phoenix bugs.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 18 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Karl Matthias must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your project
lead, PMC member, or the EMO <emo@xxxxxxxxxxx>
