[phoenix-dev] RIP Services page

Hey folks. We've set up a redirect that points requests for the old services
pages to the new fangled stuff Nathan built for EPIC. I'm going to retire
the services page content. Any concerns about this?

Denis, do we have a mechanism for retiring/archiving parts of the site other
than just removal from CVS (which would leave the empty directory
structure)? I suppose that I could just ZIP it up and archive it myself...

Ideally--in order to simplify things--I'd like to remove the directory from
CVS.
