Apologies for the delay in addressing this. I think this is a great
idea, and I've had some discussion about this with Mike, who also thinks
this is a good idea.
What I'd like to do is create a Phoenix component called "infra", where
I can put scripts we use to run the Eclipse.org infrastructure. The
signing scripts would be included.
Does everyone agree on this new Infra component?
