Thanks for the question - I expect Karl to help with the /projects/ and /proposals/ trees. For examples, bugs 118472, 125347, 134275, 153756, and a better unified timeline, a database-driven proposals page, etc. That sort of thing.

I will remove my veto provided that Karl can provide patches and or solutions for three or more bugs filled under Technology / Phoenix project.  I would hope that each of these patches would be reviewed / applied by three different committers to verify the value of the work being put forth.

I will work with Karl to achieve at least this public evidence and then I will re-nominate him. Thanks for the clarification.
