[phoenix-dev] Project status update, request for call

1. I renamed the three levels of changes we can do to our site. Instead
of Large, medium and small (which are vague) I've taken the liberty of
renaming them to Global, High-impact and Content, respectively. I'm sure
you'll all agree this makes more sense.

2. Three Global changes, in eclipse.org-common, are waiting for a
majority of committers to vote on. Please review the issues, the code
patches and vote accordingly.

Some serious bugs in the polling feature have been fixed. Patch attached.

The Phoenix, Lazarus and Miasma skins now detect the hosting server
(www.eclipse.org, dev.eclipse.org, download..) and adjust the relative
links to absolute, allowing us to deploy Phoenix templates on other hosts.

As we want the Portal to take center stage for committers and members,
Bjorn has suggested replacing the Committers label (and target link) in
the top menu to "Portal")
3. I'd like to host a Phoenix team call thursday, March 22 at 2:00pm ET
(11:00am PT). If this is not convenient for most of you, I'll look into
changing it.
