[phoenix-dev] PHP5 upgrade

Phoenix committers,

4 of our 5 web servers (serving www.eclipse.org and 
www.eclipseplugincentral.com) are now running PHP 5/Apache 2.2 and our 
sites seem to be working just fine.  The last of the five servers will 
be upgraded this weekend. Right now, PHP error and warning output has 
been disabled for security reasons.  Please continue to ensure your PHP 
scripts do not generate errors or warnings on your development environment.

Thanks to everyone who invested the time required to make sure your 
pages worked under both versions of PHP. On the web front, this was a 
major, yet seamless upgrade.
