- read the Committer Due Diligence guidelines at

If you understand and agree to them,

- allow me to fill out the Committer Request Form at 
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/committer_process/committer_request.html

- follow the steps and fill out the paperwork at step 4c of the New 
Committer Process[1]

- subscribe to the phoenix-dev mailing list

Mike, which portions of the website should Don have commit access to, 
besides eclipse.org-common?
