RE: [phoenix-dev] Phoenix 1.1 DRAFT plan

I think that a specific deliverable --- assigned to Wayne and Bjorn perhaps
--- for improving the tools story for Phoenix. Specifically, support for
WYSIWYG tooling. I appreciate that this may be primarily a documentation
deliverable, but I think we all agreed that it would be very helpful to spur
more project adoption.
On a second topic...we need to have a policy (or at least guidelines) in
place to describe what content goes on the wiki and what content goes into
our "normal" web pages. Anyone feel like volunteering to take a stab at
that?
