I noticed this the other night as well, and agree with your suggestions. I think that it should be in all of the places you mentioned. In the Community section, "Mailings Lists" should be on the left nav, no?

It seems that we have lost the link to a listing of all the available mailing lists at Eclipse.   I would suggest we add this back.  Some potential locations:

http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/   (as a related link)

http://www.eclipse.org/org/foundation/contact.php   (a link to participate in the different communities)

 

Thoughts?  I know on the last site we did not have the mailing list on the home page.  However, I think it is important that you make them available some place.
