[phoenix-dev] Phoenix 1.0.1 is released!

I committed 1.0.1 to www.eclipse.org this afternoon.  All seems to be 
well so far.

Among the features and bug fixes:

- Miasma is available as a skin.  Test-drive it at 
http://www.eclipse.org/phoenix/ (use the small box in the upper-right to 
switch).

- _projectCommon.php no longer required in sub-directories

- Bigger fonts, easier to read

- Better rendering on MSIE

- Improved project pages
