[phoenix-dev] Let the games begin...

I've started authoring a document that outlines the page creating 
process using Phoenix.  This document will be in the Committer tools 
(https://dev.eclipse.org/committers/) and will list key items, such as 
fonts, styles, layouts, etc. that can be used in pages.

When this document is ready I'll publish the link so we can start moving 
content over to the sandbox on http://phoenix.eclipse.org/

Although the stylesheets are not quite done yet, they are part of the 
skin that can be changed without any required modifications to content 
pages.

I'll keep you posted.  In the meanwhile, please check out 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=111001 and have a look at 
our sandbox site: http://phoenix.eclipse.org/
