[phoenix-dev] Paul Backs joins our team!

Greetings,

I am pleased to announce that Paul Backs has joined our project team. 
Paul will focus his efforts on setting up Xoops, our chosen CMS, 
recommending and installing the required modules, recommending and 
helping implement changes to Xoops according to the workflow and 
presentation rules and behaviours we have gathered so far. He will also 
help us by showing us how to work with Xoops for publishing content 
regularly.

Paul may need to contact some of us on a regular basis for additional 
information on how we want Xoops to behave. Notably, I have asked him to 
contact Susan, Andrew and myself: Susan for the content that belongs to 
the Foundation, Andrew as the Information Architect and myself for 
anything else.

I will be tossing our Xoops installation into the Phoenix CVS repository 
shortly. I have also started the EMO process for Paul to become a 
Phoenix committer.
