First of all be sure that is there any space that you give in your path, if it is there remove it. for example in my case I have all the downloaded softwares at this place.

E:\chand\DownloadedSoftwares\eclipsePlugins\PDT\pdt-Update-2.1.1RC3

notice that I don't have any space in the whole path, try this if you are able to resolve your problem. I hope it helps you.

By the way I'm sorry for late reply. Might be you already resolved your problem, anyhow, I was little off.
