Do you think that we should set the default view as Hierarchical View?
As it is in PDT 1.0.3? if so I recommend you to open an issue so you can
track the progress.

There truly exists lots of options when using eclipse platform. And I
also found enabling 'Link with Editor' at the same time could make it
work like before.
