[pdt-dev] Correct URL in PHP browser tab

Hello,

I have a problem with the PHP browser tab. When I open a PHP file, it
opens http://HOST/PROJECTNAME/PATH-TO-FILE. However, I want to navigate
my site from the root level, that is http://HOST/PATH-TO-FILE. I have
not found any way to change this - I have only been able to change host
and document root, but they both point to the correct places.
