[pdt-dev] tool tip issue

I found an issue in pdt. when you write manual a function and manuak 
write a bracket   there is a tooltip with arguments , bold argument is 
an argument that you now writing , than write you write coma and tooltip 
show another bold argument .everything works, but when you use code 
assist , and pdt autocomplete function for you and write a brackets, 
than this tooltip does not work, shows only arguments , but not what 
argument you are typing
