Ian,
For the application to go through, we will be needing a 200x280 picture for
the committers page.

As per the team tradition, the picture must have a leafy backdrop and/or a
backdrop depicting patio furniture.

I would like to nominate Ian Bull for committer rights on the new
PDE/Incubator component.
Ian is doing exploratory work for PDE in the area of graph visualizations
and how they can be applied to show plug-in dependencies, transitive
characteristic matchings, etc.
I am soliciting votes from other PDE/UI committers on granting Ian commit
rights to the incubator on dev.eclipse.org, which is the logical place for
that work to go on.
