With 6 +1 votes, all living PDE/UI committers united to approve Chris'
nomination.

I will start the PMC approval process.

Chris, we will be needing one wallet-size picture with a leafy backdrop for

I would like to nominate Chris Aniszczyk for committer rights on the PDE/UI
component.

Over the past few months, Chris has made solid contributions to PDE
including code folding, hyperlinking, OSGi templates, and the upcoming
support for launching any and all OSGi frameworks.

At the tender of age of 24,  Chris has single-handedly fixed > 64% of the
PDE/UI bugs targeted for M2.
