[pde-ui-dev] plugins addition problem

Hello all,

i have eclipse ide having some plugins of version
2.1.0 and 2.1.1. PDE pligins are not present. Now i
add pde plugins 2.1.0 in plugin directory from onother
ide. It doesnt work. I cant get plugin development
environment. What can be the problem? Or any settings
required? How is the pligin compatiblity? Please
explain in detail if u know.
