that they must have license text - even if it says "No license".
 I don't think the others block an update manager install, but we
know that the lack of a license can block.

I guess my thought was that a do nothing
approach WRT the URL [xx] blocks is actually making the runtime use wrong/leads
to an exception. Usually hitting enter and accepting all defaults gets
you something that works.

I'll have to try a valid url and see
if there is a bug RE the eclipse.gif protocol.
