[pde-ui-dev] Where is pderesources.properties file?

Hi,

I unzipped the org.eclipse.pde.source_2.1.2
sources:

PDEPlugin.java has the line:
resourceBundle = ResourceBundle.getBundle("org.eclipse.pde.internal.ui.pderesources");

However, the source does not seem to
have the .properties file. Where is it?
