Lars, I suggest asking the webmaster to create the pde repositories. We can then start working on the transition. Once we have a good workflow we can rebase, and drop gerrit and the eclipse repo.

We can build a conversion document as we go along. I have helped convert WB, BIRT, and Nebula to GH. It is not that hard but if we do find issues we can tackle them along the way.
