Ed, to contribute to PDE the feature is usually not required. And that
is the only component left in the repo.

Are the setups maintained as part of Oomph? I looked up Oomph itself
and it seems to have no contributors in the last three methods, except
for 1 commit. https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.oomph/who
