[pde-dev] 3.7 Retrospective

PDE has no more changes planned for 3.7
and testing has not uncovered any regressions or major issues.  Great
work everyone!

Before 3.8 planning begins, it is time
to look back on 3.7 and think about what we did well and what we could
do better.  Looking at last years retrospective, we definitely improved
on the listed issues.  Please update the wiki page and we will discuss
at next week's meeting.
