Releasing for 3.7 M7 warm-up builds.

The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes:
+ Bug 304258. [target] Improve target persistence tests for new file format (FIXED)
+ Bug 338490. API Use Scan archives require directory entries starting with "xml" (FIXED)
+ Bug 342193. Target Platform service throws exceptions if run without OSGi (FIXED)
